At Greenwich we do not store your payment card details.  After you enter them into your browser, they are encrypted (using SSL) before being sent to us.
They are then sent in this encrypted format to our payment provider - which has been recommended to us by our bank (HSBC).
We will not pass your details to anyone else – “carefully selected” or otherwise – because we think you know best who you want to talk to, not us.

A Special Note About Children

The Website is not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 16, and our Products and Services may not be purchased by children under the age of 16. We do not intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 16, you should use the Website only with consent of a parent or guardian.

Payment Terms & Contract of Sale

When you purchase a product from Greenwich, the contract of sale only occurs when your goods are dispatched and your card is charged.
We will NOT charge your credit card if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, including if the goods are not in stock. In a nutshell, your credit card will not be charged until your order has left the building. reserves the right to cancel any order where no contract of sale exists.

All Greenwich products come with a Lifetime Warranty.  If you’re not happy, please get in touch and we’ll put things right.

Greenwich Products

Our team makes every effort to ensure that the images and information on our website accurately reflect our products. However, due to the nature of the way colour images are shown on different devices and screen types, we cannot guarantee that the image you see of our products on your device will accurately reflect the true colour of the products.

We are happy to replace or refund undamaged products, which have been returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging, so that you can consider a different colour or style even after purchase.

However, we are not able to offer a replacement or a refund for any case which has been personalised using our laser etching service so, if you would like the opportunity to see your product and exchange it for another, please do not have the product etched. Similarly, if you make a mistake in the text which you ask us to etch, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement.

Bespoke Product Service

Greenwich England offers a bespoke service where we design and create a product to your exact specifications. Prices may vary depending on the labour cost and materials involved.

If we are making a product to your specifications, we regret that we are unable to offer a replacement case or a refund if you are not happy with the product. Also, please note that when submitting design requests to us, you must ensure that your designs do not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights held by a third party.

These restrictions do not apply if your product does not reach you in perfect condition or if it is in any way faulty – in which case we will of course offer a refund or replacement at your choice.

Cancellation Policy for Bespoke Phone Cases

At Greenwich, we understand that circumstances may arise that lead you to reconsider your order. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, and we have therefore established the following cancellation policy for BESPOKE phone cases.

Cancellation Period:

Customers have the option to cancel their custom phone case order within 48 hours after placing the order. This 48-hour cancellation period begins at the time the order is confirmed and payment is received.

How to Request a Cancellation:

To request a cancellation within the 48-hour window, customers should contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible via one of the following methods:

Customers must provide their order number and any relevant details to facilitate the cancellation process.

Cancellation Eligibility:

Orders canceled within the 48-hour window are eligible for a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
Cancellation requests made after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for cancellation, as they may have already entered the production or customization process.

Refund Process:

If a cancellation request is received within the 48-hour window, Greenwich will process a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds will include the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Modifications to the Policy and Exceptions:

Greenwich reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
In exceptional cases, such as technical errors or issues with customization, Greenwich may consider cancellations outside of the 48-hour window. Such cases will be assessed on an individual basis.

Pre-Order Catalog Items

When a catalog item is not in stock, we may offer it as a pre-order catalog item. When ordering pre-order items, payment is taken at the time of purchase. You do have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the item is dispatched.

Device damage or data loss

Greenwich cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your electronic device, or for the cost of any other products that you own – even where those devices are used with Greenwich products. If you need any help, please contact us by email or give us a call.

Personalised Cases

We regret that we cannot offer refunds or replacements of personalised cases unless there is a fault with the product or workmanship.  Normally, we are happy to replace or refund a product if you change your mind but, once the case has been personalised, we cannot offer it for resale.

One other thing, when using our personalisation service, it is your responsibility to comply with any relevant laws.  For example, please do not ask us to engrave copyright material (unless you are the copyright holder) or material which may cause offence or harm.  Thank you.

Greenwich reserves the right to use any designs or text supplied by its customers for the purposes of promotion. Please contact us if you would like us to waive this right.

All personalised products will take 1-2 days longer to be dispatched than a standard product.

If no font is selected, the default font 'Montserrat' will be used.

International Orders

When ordering goods from Greenwich for delivery outside the European Economic Area, you may be subject to import duties and taxes.  We’re sorry, but we have no control over these and they can vary from country to country.  Please check online or with your local Customs authority before ordering if you don’t like surprises.  Customers outside Europe may also find that deliveries have been opened and inspected.

Also, we may communicate information such as order, delivery and product details to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities. This is to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.


Greenwich offers a 12 month warranty commencing from the date of delivery of your product.

During this period, we guarantee that your Greenwich product/s will be free from material and manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not apply to any defect which is the result of normal wear and tear or negligence - for example circumstances including but not limited to wilful damage, inappropriate handling or storage or accident. The warranty does not apply to changes made to the product by you or any third party.

This warranty does not affect your legal rights under English law. Advice on these rights is available from the Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Greenwich products are supplied for your own use and should not be offered for resale. We cannot accept any liability to you in regard to loss of profit or loss of business resulting from use of our products.

Greenwich cases are designed using high quality materials in order to offer protection to the mobile devices they contain. However, we cannot guarantee that they will protect your device during use and nor can we accept liability for any damage caused to a device in one of our cases.

Our obligation to you is restricted to the Greenwich products which we supply and does not extend to the products which they are designed to be used with – for example, we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage to your smartphone or other device being used in a Greenwich case.

Right to Refuse Service

In exceptional circumstances Proporta Mobile Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service. The grounds include, but are not limited to the following reasons:

  • Repeated lost in post orders
  • Submitting invalid order information at the time of purchase
  • Use of multiple accounts to circumenvent promotion terms
  • Suspected fraud


Greenwich operates under English Law.

Licence for Use of Images

The reproduction by whatever means of the whole or any part of any Greenwich image (including, without limitation, slide projection, artist’s reference, artist’s illustration, layout or presentation of Images) is strictly forbidden without our specific written permission.


On all promotional offers Greenwich reserves the right to extend or cancel or change any Promotion at any time.
