Order
To check the status of your most recent order, please click on the link provided in the dispatch e-mail we sent you. If you order has been dispatched please see our Delivery options and charges section for our estimated delivery times. Although usually accurate, these shipping times are approximate so delivery may sometimes take a little longer than expected. We like to ask you to please wait at least five working days beyond your expected delivery date before contacting us, in case your products have been caught up along the way with the shipping service.
If you’re a registered Greenwich customer, you may check the status of your recent orders by logging into your account and going to ‘My Orders’.
If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order prior to dispatch contact our Customer Services team on live chat or email us at hello@greenwich.design so that we have the best chance of intercepting your order.

Strike Action Information
Canada Post have informed us that the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have now moved from a full national strike to rotating strikes from October 11th 2025.
The duration of the industrial action remains unknown but postal services will resume from the evening of the 15th October and we will begin despatching to Canada again.
Disruption is still expected during the rotating strikes as Canada Post process any backlog on hand.
We remain in regular communication with Canada Post and will provide any further updates as they become available.

Delivery
Greenwich ships all over the world; we’ll deliver to the UK, Europe, North & South America, Africa, Asia and Oceania. Unless you’re living in a remote island in the middle of the ocean, or residing in Antarctica, we’re pretty sure we’ll be able to get your parcel to you.
Please be aware, Parcels addressed to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man will be tracked up to acceptance into the territory.
At present, Greenwich offers free tracked shipping on all orders to the UK over £30 and just £5 for under – and that’s pretty speedy delivery, too. If you're ordering from outside of the UK, shipping is just £9.95.
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24® , If you’ve ordered to a UK address, you can expect your item to arrive within 1 working day.
All orders to Europe will take 5-7 working days. Orders to America, Asia or Oceania should arrive within 7-15 working days and are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
If you place an order before 12pm BST, your order will arrive with you the next working day. Any later, and it’ll be the following working day.
Returns
To return an item, please enclose a note giving us your reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.

Please ensure that you return your item(s) to us within 30 days. If you’ve received a defective product, please provide a description of the fault and return the defective item to us in its original box (if any) with all accessories included. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To keep you informed and save you having to chase us, we’ll send you an email once we’ve processed your return. We try our best to do this within five working days of receiving your parcel. If you have asked for a refund, we’ll email you automatically so there’s no need to contact us. If you’ve asked for an exchange, we’ll get your returned product to you as soon as we can. Please include the following information with your return, if you’ve lost the order slip:

Details of why you’re returning the item to us
If you’re unhappy with your order and you’d like to return the item(s) to us, you have 30 days to do this. Please ensure that you package your order appropriately and return the unused items to us. If you’ve received a defective product, please provide a description of the fault and return the defective item to us in its original box (if any) with all accessories included.

MagSafe® Products
Yes, our MagSafe BLAKE and PORTLAND Cases have been tested to work with the official Apple MagSafe Charging Pad and Duo Charger.
Please ensure that you follow Apple's recommendation and use a 20W or greater USB-C Power Adapter (2.1A - 3A) with the Charger to ensure device detection and full charging speeds.
Due to the thickness of the leather hides used and the weight added by the protective material, Greenwich MagSafe Cases may not work with all MagSafe stands and car mounts available.
In our testing, we have found that stands and mounts that do not use their own magnet assembly and instead slot in the official Apple MagSafe charger provide insufficient holding power to support larger iPhone Devices with a case.
If you have any questions regarding the compatibility of your stand or car mount with Greenwich MagSafe Cases, please contact our customer service and we'll be happy to offer advice.
Our MagSafe Cases retain the Qi-Wireless charging compatibility of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series cases and will work with most Qi-Standard Wireless Chargers.
However, please consider the following restrictions before making your purchase and consult the manual of your charger for specific compatibility and usage guidelines.
Case Thickness Limitations
Some third-party Qi-Chargers have a maximum charging distance as low as 5mm.
The leather, alcantara and protective materials used in Greenwich cases is 8mm, which can lead to slow charging speeds or incompatibility with weaker chargers.
Sufficient Power Output
Many Wireless Chargers are shipped without a Power Adapter and are therefore often plugged into older 5W (5V / 1A) Power Adapters.
However, MagSafe compatible cases require Wireless Chargers to be connected to Power Adapters with at least 20W (9V / 2.2A).
Using MagSafe Cases with wireless chargers plugged into weaker power adapters will result in slow charging speeds or incompatibility.
Please consult the documentation of your charger before using it with a high-powered Adapter.
Coil Positioning & Sweet Spot
Vertical Stands or 3-in-1 chargers for multiple devices often use multiple coils to allow for horizontal or vertical use while charging. The positioning and size of these coils is not standardised, which can lead to incompatibility with some device sizes and orientations.
Having Multiple charging coils, larger coils and more power output per coil can increase the charging "sweet spot" where a device is detected and capable of charging at full speed.
Since our cases slightly increase the size of the phone, chargers with a small charging "sweet spot" may see reduced charging speed or incompatibility when used with our Cases.
Yes, the Apple MagSafe Wallet will attach to both the BLAKE and PORTLAND MagSafe Cases.

Care Instructions
Just like us, leather improves with age. To help soften and rejuvenate your case, we recommend using Gold Label® Leather Care. Using the lint-free microfibre cloth and leather care cream provided with our leather care kit, gently apply and buff using circular strokes to produce a natural lustre to your leather.
Please take care to avoid contact with hand creams (especially sunscreen) as these can be absorbed by the leather and may damage the underlying glued layers. Products containing alcohol can also affect the tanning process and discolour the leather over time.
For regular cleaning, use a soft toothbrush with a small amount of water (preferably distilled) and a drop of dishwashing liquid to gently lift oil stains. Take care when brushing to avoid damaging the stitching.
DAILY CLEANING
It is sufficient to dust Alcantara® using a soft brush, a dry cloth, or a vacuum cleaner.
WEEKLY CLEANING
After having dusted Alcantara®, run a slightly moistened white cotton cloth over it. Avoid the use of printed absorbent cloths/papers as they can release ink onto the material.
YEARLY CLEANING
Dust the material with care; moisten a soft cloth or a sponge in clean water, wring it thoroughly and run it over the whole Alcantara® material, making sure not to wet it excessively; rinse the cloth or sponge and repeat as necessary. Leave to dry (overnight). Once
dried, in order to restore the material, brush it delicately with a soft bristle brush.
