SHIPPING COSTS

UK Domestic and Channel Island Orders

Orders over £30 qualify for free 24 Hour Shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24®. For any orders under £30 delivery is charged at £5 for Royal Mail tracked 24 hours, or £1.95 for standard 48 hour delivery.

Royal Mail DDP Countries

We can now offer the new Royal Mail Tracked DDP service free of charge on all orders from the following countries: Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, The Republic of Ireland.

Western Europe

Orders under £60 shipping are charged £8.95 / £14.95 depending on the size of the item for standard delivery. UPS Standard DDP delivery is available for £25.00 on all orders and free for orders over £60.

United States

Rest of the World

Orders under £30 shipping are charged £5.95 for standard delivery. Next working day delivery (by 6pm) via DHL Worldwide Express is available for £24.95 on all orders.

Will I incur any tax or duty fees?

When ordering goods from Greenwich for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are sorry, but we have no control over these and they can vary from country to country. Please check online or with your local Customs authority before ordering if you don’t like surprises. Customers outside the United Kingdom may also find that deliveries have been opened and inspected.

Also, we may communicate information such as order, delivery and product details to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities. This is to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Can I change my delivery address?

We ship same day so if you notice an error if your delivery address please call us ASAP via our onsite Live Chat, or via hello@greenwich.design. However, if your order has already been shipped please let us know so we can arrange a return with the driver. If the service is DHL then you can also arrange a new way to deliver with ODD via their tracking link (listed below)

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email, allowing you to track your item through the DHL or Royal Mail tracking services. Links below.

Can I decide when my order is delivered?

If you’ve chosen a DHL service, then these include their On Demand Delivery (ODD) service, allowing you to have full control over your delivery. If you are out when a Royal Mail delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you to either re-arrange or collect your items.

DHL Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;

• Reschedule for another day
• Leave with a neighbour
• Leave in a safe place
• Deliver to a DHL Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
• Deliver to an alternate address
• Hold until you return from vacation
