How it works
Simply select the BESPOKE option from the navigation and either BLAKE, PORTLAND or OXFORD as your starting product. Use the customiser to design your case. Once you’re happy with what you’ve chosen, simply add the product to your bag.

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll tailor your Greenwich accessory to your specifciations. We'll then run it through all of its quality assurance checks before it's sent to the warehouse for shipping.

The production of bespoke cases can take between 3 - 5 weeks. This is in addition to the shipping duration for the shipping method you select at checkout. Before you order, if you have any doubts our questions about the design of your bespoke case, please contact our team via hello@greenwich.design.
Terms and Conditions
As part of our BESPOKE service we design and create a product to your exact specifications. Prices may vary depending on the labour cost and materials involved. If we are making a product to your specifications, we regret that we are unable to offer a replacement case or a refund if you are not happy with the product. Also, please note that when submitting design requests to us, you must ensure that your designs do not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights held by a third party. These restrictions do not apply if your product does not reach you in perfect condition or if it is in any way faulty – in which case we will of course offer a refund or replacement at your choice.
