Shipping Costs and Times:

UK: Orders over £30 qualify for free 24 Hour Shipping, tracked delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24®. For any orders under £30 delivery is charged at £5 for Royal Mail tracked 24 hours, or £1.95 for standard 48 hour delivery.

How can I track my order?
We offer tracked delivery on all orders, if you have opted for tracked delivery then your tracking details are provided in the order confirmation email.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders will arrive the next day, depending on the delivery option chosen this is guaranteed.

US & Canadian orders will take up to 2 working days for our tracked DHL service or up to 3-8 working days for express DHL shipping.

All other international shipments will take up to 10 - 14 working days for our tracked Royal Mail service or 3 - 14 working days for express DHL shipping.

Will I incur any tax or duty fees?
Although some international shipments may incur some tax or duty charges, Greenwich will endeavour to cover these costs when possible, giving you the peace of mind that you only pay the amount stated upon checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this for all countries, however, we do for the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and UAE.

Can I change my delivery address?
We ship same day so if you notice an error if your delivery address please call us ASAP via our onsite Live Chat, or via hello@greenwich.design. However, if your order has already been shipped please let us know so we can arrange a return with the driver. If the service is DHL then you can also arrange a new way to deliver with ODD via their tracking link (listed below).

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email, allowing you to track your item through the DHL or Royal Mail tracking services. Links below.

Can I decide when my order is delivered?
If you’ve chosen a DHL service, then these include their On Demand Delivery (ODD) service, allowing you to have full control over your delivery. If you are out when a Royal Mail delivery is attempted a card will be left for you to either re-arrange or collect your items.

DHL Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;

  • Reschedule for another day
  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Deliver to a DHL Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
  • Deliver to an alternate address
  • Hold until you return from vacation

Returns and Refund Policy:

We know that Greenwich items are an investment worth making, in fact, we are so certain that you will love your purchase we are exceptionally proud to offer our Lifetime Exchange Warranty on all Greenwich items.

If at any point your Greenwich case becomes faulty, we will exchange for the same or similar model, free of charge, no quibbles. We additionally offer an exceptionally generous returns window of 90 days, even if your case has been used.

Do I have to include anything when I return the product?
Please make a note of your Order Number, the reason for returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange in the returns package.

What is The Greenwich Lifetime Exchange Warranty?
We know our cases are expertly handcrafted from the finest materials, which will age beautifully over time. Therefore, we are able to offer our customers a Lifetime Exchange Warranty. If your case becomes faulty simply get in contact with the Greenwich team and we will arrange an exchange for the same or similar value item.

Can I return my case if used?

You may return your used case within the 90-day period for an exchange or refund providing that the case is not personalised.

Can I return a personalised case?
Unfortunately, we are only able to provide refunds or exchanges on personalised items if the item is faulty. If your item is faulty please send images and details to hello@greenwich.design

Do I have to pay for posting my return/exchange?
UK returns are free, please request a returns label by emailing hello@greenwich.design with your Order Number. International returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Can I exchange my order for a different item?
You can exchange your case, however, if you have personalised your case we only accept exchanges if the case is faulty. 

How long will it take to process my refund?
Once the item has been returned to us, we ensure that your refund is processed within 24 hours. However, the time it takes for the funds to enter your account depends on your own bank provider.
